Paul leads Frontier’s financial services work in the UK. At Frontier, we draw on competition economics, behavioural science, regulatory and policy expertise to advise leading financial services providers on commercial and regulatory decisions. Paul has a wide range of experience in retail banking and insurance markets, including firms, regulators and industry associations. He has advised clients on the economics of a range of topics including the FCA’s Consumer Duty, long-term savings policy, general insurance pricing, value for money in workplace pensions, defined benefit transfer redress, and the behavioural economics of pension withdrawal. He has advised clients including Scottish Widows, Phoenix Insights, Tesco Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, TSB, Nationwide, the FCA and the ABI.
