Caroline Dunn is a highly experienced and well-regarded Underwriting leader with a wealth of expertise and market knowledge gained during more than 20 years in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Zurich, she held several Underwriting leadership roles at both RSA and Lloyds. Her immediate previous role was Head of Market Development at Lloyds, where she was responsible for the new entrants to the Market, relationships with brokers and syndicates and leading the Lloyd’s Global Network. Prior to this Caroline was Head of Underwriting at Lloyd’s, responsible for the corporations underwriting appetite and the product line performance of the Lloyd’s market.
Caroline joined Zurich in November 2021 as UK Chief Underwriting Officer for Property & Casualty and is committed to driving business growth whilst delivering excellent service and outcomes to customers and brokers. She is particularly passionate about developing talent and driving forward the Sustainability and Data strategies within the UK business.
