Charlotte is a Partner sitting across DAC Beachcroft's Commercial (Financial Institutions) and Information Law teams.
Charlotte has spent time on secondment with a variety of global insurers and has significant experience working closely with in house legal and compliance teams
On the Information Law side, Charlotte has advised and assisted on a range of data protection matters, predominantly to organisations within the insurance sector, including providing strategic guidance on compliance with UK data protection law, drafting and advising on privacy and cookies policies, dealing with subject access requests, advising on the data protection elements of various commercial contracts and managing international data protection projects.
