Dan Harrowell has accumulated over 20 years of global experience with Vehicle Manufacturers (VM), mainly focused on Product Development but covering all aspects of the Automotive Business and Programme lifecycles from cradle to grave. Brings a wealth of experience in Programme Management, Design, Engineering and hands on testing. Has created and developed teams including a regional supply risk management department and has previously led Global Benchmarking teams for vehicle research. As a result, won a VM Global Diversity Award for leveraging in emerging markets. Combines this with an objective and data driven analytical approach, built from a grounding in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Statistical Analysis gained from experience as a Black Belt in consumer driven Six Sigma. Has successfully led a VM Vehicle Platform team through the Thatcham Group Rating Process and is currently leading Insurance based research for advanced technologies.
