Liisa Antola is a Senior Policy Adviser for DEI and her responsibility is to take forward the actions outlined in the ABI DEI Blueprint. In addition to that, she is managing the ABI Talent and Diversity Network and working closely with colleagues across the organisation in data, HR and conduct to make sure the sector reaches its ambition of becoming the most diverse, equitable and inclusive sector of the UK economy.
Liisa joined the ABI in December 2022 from a London-based charity focussing on youth empowerment. Before that, she worked in the renewable energy sector in the Nordic countries. She has a double MSc in International Management and Strategic Human Resource Management from Finland.
