Appointed CEO in 2023, Ross has led a period of strategic growth, doubling the charity’s size and scaling Brake’s National Road Victim Service, which supports over 2,000 families annually in partnership with every UK police force. With a commercial background and previous senior roles at Brake, Ross champions high-impact policy, campaigning, and education to prevent road deaths and injuries. A passionate advocate for safer roads and stronger victim support, Ross brings energy, vision, and humanity to his work, and to life outside it as a father, cyclist, and runner.
