Lydia is an Account Executive at WTW. She began her insurance career in Lonon as a placement year intern at the ABI in 2019. After graduating from Loughborough University in 2021, she joined the Allianz graduate scheme, spending one year in Manchester and two years in Glasgow as a Business Development Manager. During this time, she received the Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow’s (IASG) 2023 Young Professional of the Year award. Lydia moved to WTW at the end of 2024. She is Vice President and Communications Officer of the IASG council, and Deputy Chair of the IASG Young Professionals Committee.
