Katherine is the People Leader for the UK Specialties organisation at Marsh (Marsh McLennan), a complex business with 2000+ employees. She is responsible for driving the People agenda aligning the company’s People Strategy to its commercial drivers, with a particular focus on culture development and driving its inclusion and talent goals.
Prior to moving to Marsh in 2022, she spent 10 years at Guy Carpenter in a number of HR roles, latterly leading the HR agenda for the EMEA reinsurance business. Her earlier career spanned L&D and HR roles across international regions at Lloyds Banking Group and EBRD.
She is a mum to two young daughters and enjoys socialising, yoga and walking the family dog.
