Lisa's career history includes significant roles such as Senior Learning and Development Manager at Covéa Insurance from 2013 to 2019, and Senior HR Consultant (L&D) at RBS Group from 2003 to 2007. She also managed her own learning consultancy business, delivering a range of services to private clients and through associate contracts since 2007.
Her qualifications include certifications such as a Korn Ferry Leadership solution, MBTI (Myers Briggs) Practitioner, and NLP Practitioner, among others. Lisa is also an associate member of the CIPD and holds a Certificate in Education from Huddersfield University.
