Alex Cross is the Chief Customer Officer for Tesco Insurance and Money Services, having been appointed into this role on 1 November 2024. Alex joined Tesco Bank in January 2022 and was Insurance Director prior to his current role.
Alex has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles within financial services and insurance, having spent his career working in organisations such as Saga and BGL Group. Most recently Alex was Executive Director for Saga Insurance before joining Tesco.
Alex has an MBA from Imperial College London.
