Recognised as a trailblazer in insurance, Sam founded Empower Development in 2018 after spotting a gap in the market for technical and soft-skills training that was tailored to the realities of busy insurance professionals’ lives.
Since then, she has grown Empower Development into a thriving organisation of 10, has launched a successful podcast, has changed how a whole generation sees insurance (in her unofficial role as ‘Queen of insurance TikTok’) and has trained and coached over 1000’s of insurance professionals on managing their insurance careers all while balancing family life outside work.
