Tom is a Partner within the indirect tax department at Deloitte UK and leads the business’ indirect tax insurance offering. He has worked for Deloitte across the financial services industry for over 15 years. Tom specialises in VAT and IPT advisory work, and leads a team at Deloitte who advise ABI members on key issues such as partial exemption, Making Tax Digital and the IPT location of risk rules. He is regularly involved in leading the tax support on significant M&A and corporate restructures within the insurance space.
