Caroline Normand joined Which? in October 2016 and as Director of Advocacy is a member of the CEO’s Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Which?, Caroline held a number of positions in Government including Director of Consumer and Competition policy, where she led the creation of the Competition and Markets Authority and the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.
She has also worked on corporate governance issues, such as executive pay and increasing the representation of women on boards, as well as representing the UK on consumer and competition issues in Brussels, the EU on trade policy in Washington DC and working on the launch of the WTO Doha Round in Qatar.
