Adrian qualified in 1997, has been a Consultant Occupational Physician since 2007, and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FFOM) since 2014. He has been lead medical adviser to a wide range of organisations spanning the public and private sector including local authorities, government agencies, police forces, insurers, financial institutions, charities, telecoms and media, retailers, brewers, engineering and logistics. His book Sick Note Britain, an account of the problems with current social policy relating to health and work, was published in February 2019.
