Dive In is a global diversity festival hosted by the insurance industry, and the ABI is hosting the festival’s first event in Edinburgh with Sanjeev Kohli. Sanjeev is a writer, presenter and actor, well known as Navid from Scottish sitcom Still Game. He will share his perspectives on working and belonging in Scotland as part of a minority community.
This will be followed by an industry panel to explore how to attract and retain talent in Scotland and how the insurance and long-term savings sector can be more inclusive to those from all walks of life.
Last year, the ABI held the successful ‘Knowing the score on diversity’, event with Judy Murray OBE in Glasgow where she shared her experiences as a female in a male dominated sport.
