Luci Bowers, Customer Experience Leader, RSA Motability

I have worked at RSA for 11 years, and held a number of different positions. I started in a claims handling role, and then moved into a number of support functions in the business. I became a specialist in resource planning and business improvement, and have held a number of leadership positions in this field. My current role as the Customer Experience Leader provides me with many opportunities to help shape what we do for our customers and how we operate as a business, with a particular focus on disability and mental health awareness.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive culture in our business, and also actively lead our employee engagement initiatives including wellbeing and creating a better place to work.
