3 years ago at the age of 17 I was very fortunate to start with Zurich Insurance on their Apprenticeship Programme within our Glasgow branch. I started in first response and then moved onto a technical motor claims department. From day one Zurich and the wider industry have allowed me to do things that I would never have dreamed of. I have been awarded with IASG Young Professional of the Year 2017, BPP Apprentice of the Year 2018, British Claims Rising Star 2018 and Claims Apprentice 2019. I am currently working on a project in Switzerland where I am working with people from all over the world and experiencing a beautiful Swiss summer (it is very difficult being so pale).
