Future Leaders Leadership Programme

The Leadership Programme is tailored for individuals ready to lead change, influence policy, and drive innovation across the sector.

The year-long Future Leaders Leadership Programme is designed to support participants in their leadership roles within insurance and long-term savings firms. It offers insight into the impact of regulators, policymakers, and technology, and provides direct access to CEOsstakeholders, and senior leaders across the financial services. 

At a time of rapid change, marked by political uncertainty, regulatory shifts, digital disruption, and evolving consumer needs, the Future Leaders Leadership Programme supports participants in understanding the challenges ahead and developing the skills to navigate them. The programme is shaped by feedback from past participants and includes candid conversations with industry leaders. Participants also hear from experts first-hand, offering invaluable insights as they develop their own leadership style.

Who can apply?

Applications are open to:

  • Mid-to-senior level professionals
  • Those with leadership potential or aspirations
  • Individuals passionate about shaping the future of the sector

Please ensure applicants meet the seniority criteria. This programme is intended for senior managers (below C-suite level) with substantial responsibilities and leadership potential.

What to Expect

The dates for the 2026 Leadership Programme are as follows: 

Event One: Wednesday 22 April 2026

Event Two: Tuesday 9 June 2026

Event Three: Thursday 24 September 2026

Event Four + Dinner: Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November 2026

All events will take place in-person only at our London offices. The dinner location will be shared with successful candidates which will also be held in London.
