Future Leaders Management Programme
The three-part Future Leaders Management Programme is designed to support participants in their managerial roles within insurance and long-term savings firms. It offers a combination of workshops, group discussions and valuable networking opportunities.
Managers often find themselves in a challenging position, expected to translate strategic decisions from leadership into action, while also motivating their teams to perform at their best. This programme provides a valuable opportunity for participants to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and reflect on their management style, for the benefit of both themselves and their teams.
All events will take place in-person our new offices in London at 30 Fenchurch, EC3M 3BD. The dates for our October 2026 Programme can be found below.

Applications are open to:
- Managers who have up to 5 years of managerial experience whether that is within the industry or outside in previous roles.
We strongly encourage applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, gender, sexuality, cultural background, disability, and social mobility.
