Entry Level Roles and Internships

While we don’t run a graduate scheme, we sometimes recruit for entry level roles and these are open to everyone - regardless of educational background. We have no degree requirements for any of our roles. We do host some apprenticeships which we will sometimes advertise for and sometimes work with a company like Multiverse to recruit for.

We also run shorter paid Summer internships and partner with specific organisations such as I have a voice to make sure we open our doors to people who may not have previously considered or had access to a career in insurance and long term savings.

A friendly message to recruitment agencies…

We pride ourselves on finding amazing candidates for our vacancies and we very rarely need outside help. On the odd occasion we do, we think carefully about who we want to partner with and will contact you directly.

If you would like to work with us, we have a few golden rules we need you to follow:

  • Do your research. It matters to us; we like a personal approach and we like to work with humans!
  • Only ever comtact our HR team - contacting our colleagues directly is an absolute no-go and they will just direct you to HR anyway.
  • We work hard to ensure our recruitment processes are as inclusive as possible and we expect the same from you. Equally, we want to make sure we attract a diverse range of candidates and will challenge you to do the same.   • Candidate care is top priority for us and it must be for you too. If we work together, we will ensure your candidates receive timely feedback and are well looked after throughout the interview process. In return, we expect:
    • All candidates to be briefed thoroughly on us and the role before being submitted
    • To understand from you why you have submitted the candidate and what makes them a perfect fit for us and the role
    • Two-way feedback – we’ll be honest with you about how things are going and would like the same in return
