Kay Chand

Kay Chand is a partner at law firm Browne Jacobson and is ranked in the leading legal directories. Kay has a vast amount of experience leading and guiding clients through their digital procurements and business process outsourcings, on both cross border and domestic transactions. 

Kay protects her clients’ interests and identifies and mitigates legal, commercial and regulatory risk through legal contractual mechanisms.  

Kay is also passionate about animal welfare and biodiversity. She presented at the UK Centre for Animal Law’s Conference in 2025 on Access to Justice for Animals. She is also the representative of her firm’s membership of the Pet and Equine Insurance Association. She also advises small animal welfare charities and is involved in campaigning activities for animal welfare and protection.
