Sicsic Advisory (SA) is a London based boutique consultancy, focusing on financial services risk and regulation. SA works with Boards and Senior Management to deliver sustainable business success achieved through financial soundness, operational resilience and healthy culture and conduct. The team has a unique combination of expertise gained through direct industry experience, consulting roles and regulatory supervision roles in the UK insurance market. SA was founded by Michael Sicsic, the former head of supervision for the UK general insurance retail sector at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in 2019.
