ABI announces two new Board members

The Association of British Insurers has further strengthened its Board with the appointment of two new Board members – Colm Holmes and Clare Bousfield. Both appointments are effective from 1 December.

Colm Holmes, Allianz UK CEO, will replace Jon Dye who stepped down as Allianz CEO on 30th November, having attended his last Board meeting in October.

Clare Bousfield, Managing Director for Retail & Savings, M&G plc replaces Julian Adams who is retiring from his role at M&G, having attended his last Board meeting in October.
