ABI and Fabian Society launch "Better off: Reform and Recovery in the post-coronavirus economy with Shadow Chancellor Anneliese Dodds MP
On Tuesday 21 July, the ABI launched a new collection of essays with the Fabian Society entitled 'Better Off: Recovery and Reform in the post-coronavirus economy". The essays explore a range of views from the left on the economic response to the crisis and recovery and includes contributions from the Shadow Chancellor, Anneliese Dodds MP, Will Hutton and Seema Malthotra MP, alongside a host of others. ABI Director General, Huw Evans, also contibuted a piece on the role that the insurance and long-terms savings sector can play in the economic recovery and how a more dynamic partnership between government and industy could be beneficial for all.
