Managers often find themselves in a challenging position, expected to translate strategic decisions from leadership into action, while also motivating their teams to perform at their best.

This programme provides a valuable opportunity for participants to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and reflect on their management style, for the benefit of both themselves and their teams.

Applications are open to managers who have up to five years of managerial experience whether that is within the industry or outside in previous roles.
