Overview
There has been significant regulatory change in recent years, from the implementation of GI Pricing Practices, Product Governance standards, and the Consumer Duty to Pensions Dashboards and a variety of ESG disclosure requirements. Following the July 2024 General Election, this event will explore, "What’s next for Conduct Regulation?", “What are the major themes that are expected to emerge in the coming months and years?
