Overview

With the release of its new 5-year strategy, the FCA has crystalised its ambition to enhance trust and balance risk, and, built on its achievements, to move from being an assertive to a proportionate regulator. This effort is already underway, with various initiatives aimed at simplifying requirements and introducing measured risk into the system.

Simultaneously, we are experiencing a period of increased scrutiny of regulation, while firms continue to face familiar challenges regarding clarity and consistency of expectations. In this event, we will explore what the changing regulatory landscape means for ABI member firms in practice.

Bookings willl close on 17:00 on Monday 16 June 2025.
