Becky Morrison & Hannah Malik

Becky Morrison and Hannah Malik are Director for Civil Society and Youth at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, with policy responsibility for the voluntary, charitable and social enterprise sectors, and out of school youth services. They were previously at HM Treasury, in a range of roles including Deputy Director of the Pension Wise guidance service, Deputy Director for Insurance and Pensions Markets, and Director for Covid-19 Corporate Preparedness. Prior to that they were Programme Director of the Automatic Enrolment pensions programme at the Department for Work and Pensions. They have jobshared for over 8 years and are committed advocates and mentors on jobsharing, flexible working and diversity and inclusion - within both the Civil Service and the Financial Services sector.
