Doug Taylor has a long history of representing consumers. He is currently a member of the FCA consumer panel, and a local consumer advocate for the Consumer Council for Water. He worked for ten years at Which? on financial services issues. He was a member of the NEST members panel at the outset and sits on a local authority pensions investment committee.
Doug has served on a series of industry/consumer working groups including the simple products initiative and he served two terms as a member of the EIOPA occupational pensions stakeholder group.
