Laura has 10 years’ experience working is a range of sustainability roles designing and delivering programmes that create business value and a more sustainable future. Laura currently leads RSA’s corporate responsibility strategy ‘Confident Futures’ engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive action on responsible investment & underwriting, sustainable supply chain, climate change, human rights, employee engagement and ESG reporting. Laura represents RSA on the ClimateWise Management Committee and is responsible for shaping RSA’s approach to climate risks and opportunities.
Prior to joining RSA, Laura spent 5 years in the construction sector implementing sustainability programmes and as a consultant within PwC’s Sustainability & Climate Change practice supporting several FTSE 100 companies to implement responsible business strategies. Laura began her career in the renewable energy industry and is passionate about playing an active role in addressing society’s most critical sustainability challenges.
