Louisa Lombardo is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Eurasia and Africa at Chubb, responsible for developing and delivering the Diversity and Inclusion strategy across the two regions. She founded Chubb’s first Diversity and Inclusion Council and was instrumental in forming the six employee networks.
As Co-Chair of the cross-market Gender Inclusion Network for insurance, Louisa helps connect managing agents and brokers to share best practice and drive change towards gender equality. In early 2017, Louisa was awarded the Rising Star award in Diversity by WeAreTheCity and she was also highly commended at the European Diversity Awards as ‘Head of Diversity of the Year’ in 2018. In addition to work in Diversity and Inclusion, Louisa leads the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Volunteering committee, leading on building and developing charity partnerships.
Louisa studied modern languages at St Andrews University (French, German and Italian), which led to a career in multilingual recruitment. She is a Change Management Registered Practitioner and Certified Mental Health First Aider.
