Over the last 19 years Jenny has worked exclusively with insurers providing international insurance tax and transfer pricing services. Jenny leads EY’s UK Insurance International Tax team and EY’s Global Insurance Transfer Pricing practice. Jenny also co-leads EY’s Global Captive Insurance network. Jenny specialises in international tax advice on business structuring, including in the context of Brexit, operating model effectiveness, including supporting clients with establishing or restructuring business operating models, intra-group reinsurance structuring, BEPS risk management and controversy support for the insurance sector.
Jenny has worked extensively with the insurance industry in dialogues with HM Treasury, HMRC, US Treasury, the IRS and the OECD on the impacts of international tax change, particularly in the context of the OECD BEPS project and Brexit. Jenny is currently the lead insurance specialist on EY’s client working group (Global Insurance BEPS Working Group) actively engaged in dialogues with the OECD and governments on the new “BEPS 2.0” proposals.
