Romana has over 15 years tax experience including the last 9 years at Aviva, where her role includes responsibility for external tax reporting and corporation tax compliance for Aviva's UK entities. Romana is Aviva's tax lead on IFRS 17 and is chair of the ABI's IFRS 17 tax working group.
