Phil is an experienced General Manager, having held the role of CEO in businesses across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Phil joined AIG Life as CEO in March 2019 having previously been the CEO at RPMI, the provider of asset management and pension administration services to the UK Rail Industry.
Phil spent over 20 years with Aviva Plc, holding various Board level positions including Sales and Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer. This was followed by his roles as CEO for Aviva’s Indonesian and Italian operations.
Phil is married with two teenage children and lives in Hampshire.
