Sam Humphris, Tax Director, Head of International Tax Policy and EMEA Tax Advisory (Non U.S.), AIG

Sam has over 16 years tax experience, spending the last 8 years with AIG. 

Sam focusses mainly on tax planning initiatives for AIG, including internal restructurings, M&A and capital planning strategies.

Sam has also undertakes the role of Head of International Tax Policy for AIG and has been heavily involved in the recent Taxation of Digital/BEPS 2.0 proposals from the OECD.
