Andrew Parker is Head of Strategic Advisory and a member of DAC Beachcroft’s Future Transport Group. As well as his extensive background in compensation system reform, including work on implementing the OIC Portal and extending fixed recoverable costs, Andrew is part of a group advising on all aspects of AVs, EVs and micromobility. The group has responded extensively to public consultations and calls for evidence on AVs and was widely quoted in the Law Commission’s final report. Andrew specialises in advising on scope of cover and motor policy wordings in these emerging areas, including the gig and sharing economy.
