Constance has been one of the Ombudsman Leaders at the Financial Ombudsman Service since 2018, within their Insurance directorate, leading a division of ombudsman and case handlers who work across insurance. Constance is one of the Heads of Practise for Property Insurance and their Supporting Customers Practise group. Prior to her current role, Constance was a Head of Casework teams within the Financial Ombudsman Service’s Payment Protection Insurance area. Before joining the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2012, Constance held a variety of management positions after starting in retail banking with HSBC Bank in 2005.
