Jane has worked in financial services for over 20 years and is a level 6 chartered financial adviser having achieved fellowship standing with the Chartered Insurance Institute. She has extensive experience of providing advice before moving into regulatory compliance specialising in compliance, conduct and regulatory risk.
Jane has been part of KPMGs wider Consumer Duty working group for the past 15 months and has developed an internal tool to help facilitate client discussions on Consumer Duty. Jane is currently working on Consumer Duty programmes for a number of UK insurers working with key stakeholders to understand and apply the rules.
