Julie is Head of Non-Financial Risk at PIC. She is responsible for understanding and managing operational, conduct, and IT risks, so that the company can fulfil its purpose, of paying the pensions of current and future policyholders. Julie has spent her career working to ensure customers and end users get good outcomes, when interacting with financial services firms. She has previously held roles at PwC and Brewin Dolphin. Julie is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI).
