Will McDonald is a Trustee, and former Chair, of the Fatherhood Institute. He works in sustainability, with a focus on climate and biodiversity. He was at Aviva plc for 10 years, including 4 years as Group Director of Sustainability and Public Policy, a role he did as a job share. The job share was then believed to be the most senior, and possibly the only, all-male job share in the UK. Prior to that he spent a decade in Westminster, latterly as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury and DWP. He has degrees from Harvard and Leeds, and a PostGrad Diploma in Conservation Management. Will has 3 children who live with him half the week.
