Brent is a Director in PwC's FS Tax team. He leads PwC's Deals business within insurance tax, as well leading the tax relationship for several multinational insurers and brokers. His deal experience covers all of the tax deal life cycle, including buy and sell side diligence, corporate and private equity structuring, post-deal integration and value preservation.
Outside of PwC, Brent is a keen cook who uses negotiation and client handling skills learned at PwC to manage a household of highly engaged stakeholders with a variety of different perspectives on what they want from their personal chef.
