Sarah is a Partner in the EY insurance tax team advising on UK corporate tax matters. Sarah’s experience spans across the insurance industry working with specialty and Lloyd’s insurers, life and pensions groups, captive insurers and brokers.
Sarah’s focus is international tax and transfer pricing in relation to cross-border business structuring transactions, operating model effectiveness, intra-group reinsurance and debt structuring. Sarah has also worked with insurers and tax authorities, including HMRC, on international tax and transfer pricing matters in the context of Brexit and the OECD BEPS project.
