Ben is the Director of Financial Crime at LV= General Insurance. He is responsible for leading and delivering the insurers financial crime, criminality and fraud prevention and detection strategy, as well as the development and strengthening of existing front-end and claims financial crimes controls. Previous to this, Ben was at the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) where he held the position of Chief Customer Officer for three years, and was Managing Director of the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) from 2007. Prior to that Ben held various claims and financial crime related roles in insurers.
