Kirsteen Robinson is a Business Implementation Lead at Arch Insurance. She has worked in the insurance industry for 27 years, in a variety of roles, from claims, sales & services, training and operations management.
Learning has been an important part of her journey, as she values personal growth and supporting the development of others. She is currently at a career crossroad and was encouraged to participate in the Women in Leadership Apprenticeship, which helps her look into herself, builds confidence and enables realise what makes her thrive.
