Louise is a “real life Black Swan” with 40 years working experience, having made the transition from a career in Corporate Banking, pre children, to setting up and running her own accountancy practise and plenty of other things in between.
In 2014 she was a co-founder of an e-commerce tech start, where she was instrumental in securing a seven digit funding round.
Louise is a game keeper turned poacher, who refuses to accept the word “can’t.” She is a disrupter, speaker, fighter, entrepreneur, mentor (and glamourous grannie) who made national and international headlines when an employment tribunal heard that the 27 year old CEO of the tech start she co-founded told her to “calm down, don’t let the hormones get out of control” when she was objecting to the treatment younger staff were being subjected to. Louise was sacked for whistleblowing and won her case on all nine counts.
She has now returned to her practise where she is a champion of full digitisation.
