Alex Newman, Ombudsman Manager, Financial Ombudsman Service

Alex Newman.jpgAlex is an Ombudsman Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a practice group lead for insurance. He leads on providing support to ombudsmen and investigators working motor insurance complaints and has managed teams of investigators working a variety of insurance complaints. He has been at the Ombudsman Service for over 14 years across different roles. And has a background in financial services, across insurance and banking, including packaged bank accounts and short-term lending. Alex previously worked for a large bank after studying law and completing his legal practitioner’s course.
