Will works in sustainability, with a focus on biodiversity, for a range of organisations across private, public and NGO sectors. He was at Aviva plc for 10 years, including 4 years as Group Director of Sustainability and Public Policy, a role he did as a job share. Prior to that he spent a decade in Westminster, latterly as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury and DWP. He has degrees from Harvard and Leeds, and a PostGrad Diploma in Conservation Management. Will is a Trustee, and former Chair, of the Fatherhood Institute.
