Darryl Hards is the Tax Director for Bupa, with 20 years of corporate and international tax experience. Darryl joined Bupa from Deloitte in 2011 initially as the International Tax Manager and then Head of Tax for the Bupa Global IPMI and International Markets businesses. In 2019 he moved to the Group Tax team becoming Tax Director in 2020. The Group Tax team is responsible for tax governance and policy, M&A, reporting and compliance, employment tax and global mobility advice, and international tax compliance and advice. Darryl is currently leading Bupa’s global response to Pillar Two.
