Head of Business Resilience responsible for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Incident Response & Crisis Management for Phoenix Group, the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business. Carolyn has been working in resilience since 2019 and before that worked in change and various technical roles.
As well as driving resilience forward for Phoenix she is also co-chair of the Insurance Sector Operational Resilience Group (ISORG) and a member of the Operational Resilience Collaboration Group (ORCG)
