Andy was appointed CEO of Standard Life in October 2020, alongside his role as Group Director Scotland and is a Board member of the Association of British Insurers where he is Chair of the Long Term Savings Committee.
Andy has over 30 years of insurance industry leadership experience focusing on the life and pensions sector. He was Managing Director Corporate, Aviva UK Insurance, accountable for Aviva’s UK Corporate businesses. Andy has held senior positions at Prudential and was UK Chief Executive Officer for Friends Life.
